Vocations Ministry: The goal of the St. John Vianney Vocations Ministry is to create a vocations-friendly environment that engages our parish community and inspires families to encourage, support, and call forth vocations. We will honor and support those already in Holy Orders or Consecrated Life. We will spiritually adopt through prayer those discerning and those already on the path to ordination or final vows. We will pray for and encourage those who select sacramental marriage and those who choose the single life as their vocations.
31-Club: Becoming a member is simple! A person chooses one day of the month (i.e. the 10th) when he or she will go to Mass and offer it for vocations. New members call the office to sign up for a day of the month to attend Mass where the member prays for all priests, sisters, brothers, deacons and lay ministers who have served or are serving his or her parish, and prays that future church vocations will be forthcoming from the parish.
